This project is devoted to breakthrough the key techniques of precise positioning under the environment of high temperature,multi industrial robots cooperative operation, automatic pick-up mechanism design for high temperature parts, under the condition of satisfying the technological requirements. Furthermore,it isdevoted to realize automatic pick-up in the processes ofblocking, molding and punching with perfect state information view and fault alarm function. The results of the project is benefit for improving the production efficiency, quality of forging, and enhancing the market competitiveness of the industry.
