ZJT smart auxiliary fan ventilation system adopts the design conception of side wind inlet, which breaks through the existing design idea of the fan, making the wind flow along with the curve of aerodynamic fairing and join with the side wind flow, impressing the noise reduction quieter from the circumferential direction, through the collecting barrel and the aerodynamic fairing drawing in some part of reflected noises by fairing and guide the silencing cone, exporting the wind parallel with the direction of the fan rotation. With the optimization of the internal structure of the fan, the friction radiation noise of the wind flow inside the case of the machine has been further controlled and reduced, realizing the effective blocking noise to spread along the lane and the road and noise has decreased more than 15 db on the premise of that the wind volume and wind pressure remain unchanged. The application of the smart frequency-converter system can make the fan adjust timely according to the requirement of ventilation and switch the fan automatically to achieve the effect of safety and energy saving.
