FGACZ series axial flow fan is a kind of ventilator with high security and efficiency specifically used in mine. With reasonable structure of the fan, steady operation, low noise and wide adjusting range, it’s an ideal ventilating device for coal mines, metal mines and other mines and is suitable for big wind volume mines with mainly fully-mechanized machinery. The vane foil adopts the design conception of the theory of three-dimensional flowing, the material of the vane is aluminum casting alloy and with precision machining in multi-axis linkage CNC machining center, the errors from the design and processing have been eliminated. The vane curve on the same hub are with good coherence, which improves significantly the aerodynamic performance of the fan, making the overall polytropic efficiency of the fan over 80%. The fan blade adopts one to one design, which can meet the ventilation requirements of mining with different working conditions. The adoption of the blade in half and double speed motor technologies and stepless adjustment of the blade angle makes the operating point of different working conditions in different period in an area of 80% high efficiency and 87% at the top to meet the ventilation requirements of mining in easy or difficult time, which means that equipping a FGACZ series axial flow fan in mining will reduce the investment cost during the mining period.
