Products for the project mainly include 7T85RB、7T69RB、7T62R/RE、6T51、FU-834FA、FU-924FA、RS3060CJ、FU-998F、E3069、ITL9-1、CTK15-2、FD-911S,which are used primarily for RF oscillation of high frequency thermal bonding machine and as power amplifier devices for RF power with the maximum useful frequency of 150MHz and power range from 3KW to 150KW.The project is also widely employed in the processing of plastic product thermoform, wood bending forming, drying for textile printing and dyeing, laser cutting welding, solar monocrystalline or polycrystalline  silicon etc.
