The talent recommendation system is developed for the enterprises, personal candidates, and applied the personalized recommendation technology to the field of job seekers, so the recruitment becomes more informatization and intelligent. The System uses advanced information management and intelligent recommendation technology to provide a scalable application service interface, to maximize the integration business, jobs, human resources information, on the basis of information gathered, good information sharing and recommendation. The user interface of the system uses HTML to display recommended results, all user interaction; database by data loading and conversion (ETL) implementation of recommendation engine data support. Model library uses various types of data prediction model, and provides the service system in the form of web service. Knowledge base will be known or new learned management rules and accept the recommendation engine calls.
